Trader Agreement & Terms of Enrollment

This Trader Agreement outlines the terms, expectations, and responsibilities for traders enrolling in Monday’s One-on-One Live Trading Program. By signing this agreement, the trader acknowledges and agrees to abide by all the terms outlined below.

Program Overview & Commitment

This is a two-month, one-on-one live trading mentorship where traders will trade real markets in real time under Monday’s guidance.
Each trader is expected to participate in daily live trading sessions and follow Monday’s trading rules and risk management guidelines.
Traders must complete the pre-course preparation and ensure their trading accounts and platforms are set up before the program starts.

Financial Requirements & Trading Capital

Traders are required to have at least $5,000 – $25,000 in trading capital before joining the program.
Traders are responsible for all brokerage fees, commissions, and trading losses incurred during the program.
Monday does not provide financial guarantees—all trades are made at the participant’s own risk

No Refund Policy

📌 All payments for this mentorship program are final and non-refundable.
- Once a trader has been accepted and enrolled, there are no refunds or cancellations.
- Missing a live session does not entitle the trader to a refund, reschedule, or credit.
- Traders are expected to commit fully to the program before making a payment.

Risk Disclosure & Liability Waiver

- Trading stocks and financial markets involves significant risk and can result in financial losses.
- By enrolling in this program, the trader acknowledges that:

  ✅ Monday is not liable for any financial losses incurred.
  ✅ This program is for educational purposes and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

- 📌 All trading strategies, trade setups, and mentorship materials provided in this program are confidential.
  - Traders agree not to share, distribute, or resell any materials, trade alerts, or proprietary strategies learned in this program.
  - Unauthorized sharing of course materials, trade setups, or proprietary trading strategies will result in legal action.

Code of Conduct & Trading Discipline

- Traders must maintain a professional and disciplined approach throughout the program.
- Any emotional, reckless, or revenge trading that violates Monday’s risk rules will result in a warning.
- Repeated violations of trading discipline may result in removal from the program without a refund.
- Traders must be respectful and professional during live sessions

Missed Sessions & Rescheduling Policy

- If a trader misses a live session, they must review the trade journal and session notes.
- No reschedules will be provided for missed sessions.
- Traders must notify Monday at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a session.

Ongoing Mentorship & Post-Training Support

- After completing the two-month program, traders may continue learning through:
  ✅ Ongoing Mentorship Group ($1,500/month for continued live market sessions & coaching).
  ✅ Private Coaching Sessions ($5,000 for 4 sessions).
  ✅ Elite Trader Bootcamp (Invite-only for high-net-worth traders).

Legal Agreement & Acknowledgment

- By signing this agreement, the trader acknowledges that they:
  - Understand and accept the risks associated with trading.
  - Acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable.
  - Agree to follow Monday’s trading rules, risk management guidelines, and professional conduct expectations.
  - Will not disclose, resell, or distribute any course materials, trade setups, or proprietary information.
  - Understand that Monday is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during the program.
